Dare to explore Toronto’s iconic haunted village? After dark, The Village at Black Creek transforms from a charming window into the past into a place of shadowy figures, phantom footsteps, and chilling encounters. On this 75-minute guided tour, you’ll step inside historic buildings and hear the true stories of those who never left. Climb the stairs of Second House, where something still lingers. Enter the Manse (if you dare), where an angry presence makes itself known. And brave Burwick House, where a grieving spirit may still be searching for her child. Flashlights are provided. Nerves are not. Not recommended for young children or easily frightened adults. Tickets are vanishing now. Paid parking only ($10.20).

Such a great experience. Just being at the village after closing time when it’s empty was an eerie experience, but then you add on the ghost walk and it just takes it to the next level. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience. It was surreal and exciting. The haunt was very spooky and fun and our guide was amazing at telling us the tales of all of the houses on our walk. Everything took a turn when we entered the Burwick house. As we were listening to the story, we heard a loud crash and we all screamed and ran for our lives. The dead gave us signs they were in the house, and ultimately made the experience worth it. I will never be the same again!

Some of the historic buildings we visit don’t have accessible entrances, and we like to let guests know ahead of time so no one misses out on the unique stops along the way. More accessible options include: The Original Haunted Walk of Toronto, Spirits of the Distillery District, Campus Secrets & Spectres at U of T  and Alone in the Dark at the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre.
