COVID-19 Action Plan
UPDATE – March 16, 2020:
On the advice of public officials we are suspending all tours until April 12th. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to getting up and running again as soon as possible.
At the Haunted Walk we are taking quick action to ensure the experience we offer to the public and our employees is safe for everyone. We encourage everyone to follow the advice of local and national health authorities. What are we doing about it?
- All of our staff, including our part time tour guides, are given paid sick leave and will stay home if sick.
- We are practicing social distancing on our tours and will be reducing the average group size of all of our groups to allow for more personal space while enjoying our ghost stories in the great outdoors. We are adjusting our tour routes to ensure personal space is maintained throughout the experience.
- We are upping our regular cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and spaces used by our staff and customers, such as door handles and countertops.
- If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, a full credit will be applied with no expiry so you can join us at any time in the future. We only ask to be contacted before the departure time so we do not expect you if you have to cancel. The full value of your booking will be retained.
